• A lesson plan is a treatment session guide for what students or clients would work on during a session.  The lesson plan includes what students or clients need to learn, how it will be taught or instructed, and how the targeted skill(s) will be measured.
• Data forms are general forms that can be used to document, track, and note data during an evaluation or treatment session.
• Goal Sheets are lists of formatted goals that are written to target a particular skill set or group of therapeutic outcome measures.

• Visual representation of information to be used by clinicians and/or shared with patients and families.

• Summary or handout-style information used by clinicians.

• Materials intended to be printed for use during in-person therapy sessions or as homework for the purpose of assessment and/or treatment.
