A lesson plan is a treatment session guide for what students or clients would work on during a session. The lesson plan includes what students or clients need to learn, how it will be taught or instructed, and how the targeted skill(s) will be measured.
Data forms are general forms that can be used to document, track, and note data during an evaluation or treatment session.
